You will get plenty of one to one time with one of our instructors to guide you in the right direction and help you refresh your skills. This one dive option is suitable if you have taken a bit of a break. If you have not dived in a long time, such as 15-20 years you may want to consider re-joining an Open Water Program as a SSI SCUBA Skills Update programme to re-establish the basics. ​
